hehe yes... I practice AIkido, all technique are open handed but then sometimes the open hand is best also to just pop someone upside the head.

The biggest tragedy in all of this is Bill Schnoblen's tie.. omfg !

I think it's time to start "Queer eye for the fundie guy" ... it would be a hit !

The poor guy cant even dress himself Fresca Rolling Eyes

and lol, I also trained in aikido, judo and karate when much younger..., but i'd leave training having hardly broken sweat Shocked, I quickly changed to boxing, and could usually be found crawling out of training, and occasionally out of the ring as well Laughing
im only in my very early 40's now but, it all seems like a lot of sweat and sore body parts to me now...ouch.
